aman protects every transaction with escrow: the buyer's payment is held safely until they confirm the item arrived in good order.
The principle
Buyers and sellers are protected at every step. Money is only released to the seller once the buyer is satisfied, or automatically 3 days after delivery.
1. Verify your identity
KYC verification (ID + selfie) is required before buying, selling, or making offers. It protects the community against fraud.
2. Buy with escrow
On payment, funds are placed in escrow by aman — they are not paid to the seller right away.
3. The seller ships
The seller has a window to ship the item and add tracking. You're notified at every step.
4. Confirm delivery
On arrival, confirm everything is as described to release the funds. If you take no action, funds release automatically 3 days after delivery.
Something wrong?
If the item never arrives or doesn't match, open a dispute before funds are released. Our team arbitrates and can issue a refund.
Fees
A service fee is taken on each sale; the exact amount is shown before you list and before you pay.
