These terms govern your use of the aman. platform.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and reside in Morocco to use the service.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all actions taken under your account.

Selling, buying, and making offers require identity verification in line with Moroccan regulations.

Payments are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed or the 3-day grace period after delivery expires.

A commission applies to every sale. The current rate is displayed at listing time.

The resale of counterfeit, illegal, or reserved items is strictly forbidden.

Disputes are arbitrated by our support team within a target of 7 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in the event of a violation.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
